About
Dr. Caitlin Koelling was raised on the remote island of Sitka, Alaska, where she grew up enjoying boating, camping and fishing. Since the age of 3, she knew she wanted to be a doctor.
She graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a Bachelor of Science, with an emphasis in pre-medicine. Wanting to take a few years off between undergrad and medical school, she found a job as a medical assistant in a podiatry office that set her on the path to treating feet.
She graduated from the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine with honors and completed her residency training at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, serving as chief resident. Dr. Koelling returned to Alaska in 2021, and she is excited to be back home, treating Alaskans and enjoying camping, boating and winter sports in her home state.

Dr. Koelling is amazing! This time it was my husband’s visit and he absolutely raves about Dr. Koelling. He’s not much on doctor visits but he enjoys going to see Dr. Koelling. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time to explain what is going on and what needs to be done. She has an amazing personality and you can tell she really enjoys what she does.
