We do our best to estimate patient charges, but true patient liability depends on the patient’s insurance benefits at the time the insurance receives the patient’s charges.
We are always happy to provide patients with service codes (called CPT or HCPC codes) which can be used to call insurance carriers to verify how they will process the patient’s claim.
*PLEASE NOTE: Fees are based on our fee schedule—insurance contract rates are not reflected in the fee provided. Patient responsibility is most likely lower than the listed fee schedule. Patients will be provided with an estimate of the anticipated charges for non-emergency care upon request. Please do not hesitate to ask for additional information.
