About

Natalie Loescher is a certified physical therapy assistant with a background in functional mobility, fitness, yoga and more. Her experience includes designing and teaching fitness programs with emphasis on building strength, coordination, balance, and more efficient muscle recruitment patterns through functional movement. She’s also a former yoga and TRX instructor, focusing on recovery classes and functional mobility.

Today she is an important member of the OPA team, caring directly for patients who benefit from her experience, academic training and fun, supportive nature.

Ms. Loescher was born and raised in Alaska and when she’s not at the gym, she loves getting outdoors – and is always building her reading lists “for the cold, dark winters.”
