Dr. Jessie Janowski is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic hand surgeon. A portion of her fellowship was with the pediatric hand surgeons at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. She is passionate about treating patients — and offering them the latest in treatment options for conditions of the hand, wrist, arm and elbow.
In July of 2019, Dr. Janowski was appointed as an Affiliate Assistant Professor of WWAMI School of Medical Education, a high honor that was awarded based on Dr. Janowski’s extensive experience and commitment to medical education.

Prior to joining OPA in fall of 2018, Dr. Janowski practiced as an orthopedic hand surgeon at Alaska Native Medical Center.
She is also a published author and presenter of numerous scientific works and a volunteer on several committees dedicated to improvement of patient care. She is an avid backcountry and Nordic skier and has competed in ski mountaineering and mountain biking racing since 2001.
