About
Elizabeth Paynter holds a master’s in physical therapy and a can-do spirit that has helped many people, in and out of therapeutic settings. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology, she worked full time in an outpatient clinic as a physical therapy aide. Inspired to do more, she enrolled in PT school, quickly achieved a master’s degree, and was soon guiding patients through various orthopedic conditions and surgical recoveries.
Thanks in part to her husband’s military career, she’s lived in Illinois, Iowa, Texas and Alaska. Today she and her family have settled in Eagle River and now devotes her time and energy to helping Alaskans at the OPA Therapy Clinic in Eagle River.
