About
Liz Seidl is a licensed physical therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She embraces evidence-based practices, highly values patient education, and believes in focusing on each patient's personal goals to enhance therapeutic success.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Boise State University in 2013 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2016. She has taken additional courses related to strength and conditioning, gait analysis, and treatment of running-related injuries. Liz most enjoys treating lower extremity injuries, both conservatively and post-operatively.
Today, Liz is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with experience treating competitive and recreational athletes. She uses her additional training to help patients discover their full movement potential, and teaches them strategies to optimize their mobility long after they are finished with PT.
When not working, she is often outside exploring via bike, skis, or on foot with her husband and son. She can be found supporting local sports as a sideline volunteer and from the stands. Liz is a 5th generation Alaskan, born and raised in Anchorage, and is happy to be serving the community in which she grew up.
