About

Brett Adelsman, is a certified athletic director with a passion for sports medicine. His background includes playing collegiate soccer, working construction, and competing in Crossfit – all of which help him help other athletes optimize their performance and overall health and wellness.

Mr. Adelsman earned his degree in athletic training from Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and interned with the Minnesota Vikings professional football team. There he helped pro athletes with injury treatment, rehabilitation and prevention programs. Upon graduation, he went on to provide athletic training services to university athletes and worked for a large orthopedic clinic in the twin cities region.

Today at OPA, he continues to treat – and help prevent – sports injuries and concussions, utilizing advanced first aid and emergency medical techniques.

When not on the sidelines helping other athletes, he's likely out training and hunting with his dog, Otis, hiking around for upland birds, or paddling out on a pond for ducks.
