I went to see Dr John Botson for my chronic pain and arthritis throughout my body. I was checked in and the people upfront was very helpful and polite. I got checked in and taken back into a exam room in a timely manner. Once in the exam room Dr Botson Asked me thorough questions about my condition. He was very attentive and explained everything to me about what was wrong and what could be wrong and the type of test we would be taking to find out the results of my condition. When I left the office I had a 100% explanation of what was we was going to be doing in the next few visits. When the appointment was done Dr Botson had answered all my questions and explained to me the possible conditions that I had. He is exceptional doctor that took the time to listen to me and explain in detail what was going to be done. I’ve been to him once but I’ve been going to him with my sister whose been his patient for a few years now. I would recommend to anyone with arthritis in anyway to go see Dr Botson..
