Meet Lindsey Hill, OTD, CHT

Lindsey Hill, OTD, CHT, is a Certified Hand Therapist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions. She has practiced in Soldotna since 2017, serving the Central Peninsula community with expertise in post-surgical rehabilitation, non-operative management, chronic upper extremity conditions, and custom orthosis fabrication.

Lindsey earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Creighton University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2022, an advanced specialty certification requiring at least 4,000 hours of direct practice in upper extremity rehabilitation and successful completion of a rigorous national examination.

Her clinical background includes acute care, outpatient rehabilitation including hand therapy and neurological rehabilitation, and pediatrics. Her clinical interests include peripheral nerve injuries, hypermobility disorders, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). She enjoys treating both common and complex upper extremity conditions and partnering with patients to achieve their goals.

In addition to clinical practice, Lindsey has served on the Alaska Licensing Board for Physical and Occupational Therapy, where she contributed to scope of practice, regulation, and continuing education standards statewide.

Lindsey enjoys partnering with patients to help them regain function, reduce pain, return to work, hobbies, sports and daily activities that matter most to them.
