Anna Cantrell, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist committed to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Anna’s clinical experience spans acute care and outpatient orthopedic settings, with additional training in pelvic floor health and sports rehabilitation. She has also contributed to neurological and orthopedic care in a student-led pro bono clinic and participated in research on bone health in female mountain bikers.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Anna worked as an educator in Alaska, Idaho, and abroad, including serving as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Nepal. This background in teaching shapes her approach to patient care—with an emphasis on clear communication, community building, empathy, and evidence-based treatment.
