Meet Shawn Frazier, PT, DPT

Shawn Frazier is Doctor of Physical Therapy and Hand Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people reclaim the activities that injury, pain, or surgery may have taken them away from. He earned his doctorate at Creighton University in Omaha, NE and specializes in treating overhead athletes, active adults, and post-surgical orthopedic conditions.

Drawn to physical therapy by a fascination with the complexity and adaptability of the human body, Shawn has built his practice around empowering patients to become active participants in their own recovery. His approach focuses on creating lasting results by addressing the underlying causes of dysfunction, rather than simply treating symptoms. His approach emphasizes evidence-based practice that blends patient education, hands-on treatment, and movement-based rehabilitation to help patients build confidence, restore function, and maintain their progress long after therapy has concluded.

Shawn has advanced training in multiple manual therapy approaches/techniques, trigger point dry needling, fitness athlete rehab, barbell weightlifting, and functional capacity evaluations. He is also currently pursuing certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).

Patients often describe Shawn as analytical, encouraging, witty, and approachable. They appreciate his ability to explain complicated concepts in simple terms, his attention to detail, and his commitment to ensuring every patient feels heard and understood throughout their care experience.

When he’s away from the clinic, Shawn enjoys camping, hiking, hunting, traveling with his family, cooking, Marvel movies, hard rock, and exploring new podcasts and documentaries.
