About
Michelle Brown, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in orthopedic surgery support, with a clinical focus on spine and trauma care. She works closely with Dr. Elliott, one of OPA’s leading spine trauma surgeons, to ensure patients receive comprehensive, seamless care throughout their surgical journey—from preoperative planning to recovery and rehabilitation.

Her background in cardiovascular, neurological trauma, and post-surgical ICU care provides her with a unique understanding of surgical complexity, pain management, and the importance of coordinated, compassionate care. At OPA, she focuses on patient education, spine health, surgical optimization, and helping patients recover safely and confidently after injury or surgery.
