About
Lindsey Hill, OTD, CHT, is a Certified Hand Therapist with extensive experience providing specialized care for patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions. She has practiced in Soldotna since 2017, serving the Central Peninsula community with expertise in post-surgical rehabilitation, non-operative management, and custom orthosis fabrication.
Lindsey earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Creighton University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2022, a distinction that reflects advanced clinical knowledge and at least 4,000 hours of direct practice in upper extremity rehabilitation.
Her clinical experience includes acute care, outpatient hand therapy, neurological rehabilitation, and pediatrics. Lindsey has also developed clinical documentation systems, contributed to spinal cord injury protocols, and co-led innovative programs such as hippotherapy for pediatric patients. Beyond her clinical work, she has served as a board member of the Alaska Licensing Board for Physical and Occupational Therapy, where she contributed to scope of practice, regulation, and continuing education standards statewide.
Lindsey is passionate about helping patients regain function, independence, and quality of life following injury, surgery, or chronic conditions.
