About
Kristina Hedum holds a doctorate in physical therapy and is driven to make a positive impact in her patients’ lives. She comes to OPA with experience in a variety of settings, from in-patient acute care at a medical center to outpatient care in a private physical therapy practice.
She has pursued additional advanced training and become a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), demonstrating her desire to treat her patients according to the latest evidence-based interventions. She has also been certified in dry needling.
When she’s not putting her professional skills to work in the community, Kristina enjoys playing soccer year-round, hiking, skiing, camping and painting. She is a lifelong Alaskan and is fluent in Russian.
