About

Esther Byram’s medical career started with an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering. She’s always loved math, science and tinkering with things but during college, working nights as a nursing assistant, she discovered a love for clinical healthcare and never looked back. She enrolled at Lock Haven University Physician Assistant Program, where she earned a master’s degree.

Today at OPA, she cares for patients with both a passion for figuring out complex issues and the deep joy she feels when helping others. In her spare time, she loves hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, video games, and reading.
