About

Caroline Imiolek is a certified physician assistant who has a special interest helping patients find relief from back and neck pain. She enjoys working through the puzzle of what’s causing the pain — and then working with patients to find the treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical, that best reduces and/or resolves their pain long-term. Especially in spine care, the relief patients feel can be profound and Ms. Imiolek finds it very rewarding to be part of a team that can make such a positive impact on someone’s quality of life.

Ms. Imiolek holds a Master’s degree in PA studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she graduated with honors and was elected Student Class President. She did her clinical rotation in neurosurgery and was a surgical first-assist on craniotomies, laminectomies, microdiscectomies, and more.

Born to immigrant parents and a regular visitor to their Polish homeland, it was only natural that Ms. Imiolek was attracted to Alaska’s similar landscape and active opportunities. When she’s not working on someone’s back, she’s probably out playing in the backcountry. She loves everything outdoors, from hiking, camping, and paddleboarding to snowboarding, skiing and snowmachining, and has now happily immersed herself in the Alaskan lifestyle.
