Meet Aurora Gargagliano, PT, DPT

Aurora Gargagliano is a licensed physical therapist who was born and raised in Alaska. Her background is diverse as she has experience not just in orthopedics but also in pediatrics and acute care. She draws on her experience and background to help Alaskans achieve their goals after an orthopedic injury.

In orthopedic rehabilitation, Aurora works with patients across the age spectrum and enjoys working one on one with each patient to achieve their goals. She is committed to providing patient-centered care by providing education and individualized treatments that integrate evidence-based practice. She works hard to develop a partnership with each patient she treats while the tools for independence.

Aurora holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a bachelor’s in Health Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

When not helping Alaskans improve their quality of life, Aurora enjoys traveling and year-round biking. When she isn’t out and about, she will probably be found in her garden or trying new recipes.
