About

Athletic Trainer Steven Lim is passionate about helping athletes prevent and recover from injuries. His experience includes working with collegiate football, soccer and other athletic teams, as well as helping high school athletes.

He holds a bachelor's of science in athletic training from George Mason University and has a wealth of experience evaluating injuries, developing rehabilitative exercise programs, and monitoring recovery progression — all to facilitate a safe and efficient return to play. He also has experience in the use of e-stimulation and ultrasound therapies.

Mr. Lim has also helped patients through the physical therapy stage of their recovery in a clinical setting, giving him a broader perspective into the healing process his athletes may need to go through.

When he’s not on the field helping athletes perform, he’s likely performing wonders with his acoustic guitar and his home recording studio.
